On 4 June, 2022, more than 400 principals, teacher leaders, and scholar-practitioners from primary, secondary, special, and international schools in Hong Kong and Macao participated in the Online Leadership Forum – “Paving Teachers’ Promotion Path” organised by the Department of Education Policy and Leadership (EPL).
Mr. Li Kin Man, current student of MA in Leading Innovative Learning Organizations (LILO) and Principal at Salesians of Don Bosco Ng Siu Mui Secondary School and Dr. Maxwell Ho, Associate Programme Leader and Lecturer of LILO led the forum which focused on the concept and practice of coordinating, communicating, and managing teacher promotion from school leaders and colleagues’ perspectives.
