Programme Objectives
Prepare
To prepare aspiring leaders in educational services organizations, including schools, NGOs, private agencies, government, corporate learning groups, and other human services organizations, with the organizational learning and design skills needed to effectively lead teams and innovative processes and enhance the professional learning of team members to meet organizational and team goals.
Equip
To equip leaders with the essential knowledge to achieve the above by critically examining the knowledge base on learning organizations and related concepts as derived from international and regional theory and practice (i.e., “Western” and “Eastern” wisdom) and applying them to devise contextually appropriate organizational leadership and learning strategies.
Respond
To respond to policy developments that emphasize the role of leaders in organizational and system improvement.
